BREAKING: Donald Trump is hit with a brutal Friday bombshell as lawyers from the prominent conservative Federalist Society publish a paper declaring that Trump MUST be banned from running for president “under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment.”

But it gets WAY worse for Trump…

In their brutal paper, the Federalist Society accuses Trump of treason for “engaging in or gave aid and comfort to an insurrection against the constitutional government” when he incited the deadly January 6 insurrection as part of his failed coup attempt.

Adding insult to injury for Trump, the Federalist Society argues that Section 3 of the 14th Amendment — known as the insurrection clause — is "self-executing, operating as an immediate disqualification from office, without the need for additional action by Congress. It can and should be enforced by every official, state or federal, who judges qualifications. It covers a broad range of former offices, including the presidency. And in particular, it disqualifies former President Donald Trump, and potentially many others, because of their participation in the attempted overthrow of the 2020 presidential election.”

The clause states that "no person shall be a senator or representative in Congress, or elector of president and vice president, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any state, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any state legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any state, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof."

Last September, a New Mexico judge ordered the removal of a county commissioner who took part in the January 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol. The decision marked the first time since 1869 that a court disqualified a public official under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment.

Now, it appears that it may be used against Trump — the mastermind who orchestrated the insurrection.

9 years ago, russia shot down a civilian aircraft, #MH17 flight on the way from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur. russian terrorists took selfies on the graves of dead children, while Kremlin deployed one of the strongest disinformation campaigns in history to create confusion about who’s done it. Despite clear evidence about russia’s war crime that killed citizens of multiple NATO countries, world leaders closed their eyes and continued shaking hands with Putin and making more business deals with russia.

Never forget that.

Our thoughts are with all victims and their families. Russia needs to pay for this and every tragedy it unleashed on the humanity.

Today, the world saw that the bosses of Russia do not control anything. Nothing at all. Complete chaos. Complete absence of any predictability.

First, the world should not be afraid. We know what protects us. Our unity.

Ukraine will definitely be able to protect Europe from any Russian forces, and it doesn't matter who commands them. We will protect. The security of Europe's eastern flank depends only on our defense.

Ukrainian soldiers, Ukrainian guns, Ukrainian tanks, Ukrainian missiles are all that protect Europe from such marches as we see today on Russian territory. And when we ask to give us the F-16 fighters or the ATACMS, we're enhancing our common defense. Real defense.

Second, everything must be real. It's time for everyone in the world to frankly say that all of Russia's criminal actions against Ukraine were and are unprovoked. And we all have to focus exclusively on our common security priorities. NATO is not just a word or a set of formal promises. These are reliable guarantees for everyone that peace won't be destroyed. Without Ukraine, such guarantees are worthless. Already in July at the summit in Vilnius, it is a historic chance for real decisions without looking back at Russia. Any nation that borders Russia supports this.

What will we, Ukrainians, do?

We will defend our country. We will defend our freedom. We will not be silent and we will not be inactive. We know how to win – and it will happen. Our victory in this war.

And what will you, Russians, do?

The longer your troops stay on Ukrainian land, the more devastation they will bring to Russia. The longer this person is in the Kremlin, the more disasters there will be.
