Just witnessed an ETS shuttle driver northbound turn left through a very red light and be honked at by a blocked southbound driver. The dumbass ETS driver STOPPED IN THE INTERSECTION to exchange “fingers”and words with the driver he was blocking before continuing his turn !!!!
