“My doctor is an idiot.”
More tests. More bills. More medication. Still feeling awful.
Vera had a one-star review ready to post. Then she got a second opinion.

Paris Dance https://t.co/FmikRA4XOE Some moments are too fragile to remain and too beautiful to disappear. They linger in rain-darkened streets, in the glow of distant lamps, in the final note that continues long after it can no longer be heard.
A short visual meditation on human scale and inner vastness: we are a tiny part of the cosmos—and each of us carries a cosmos within.

I’ve completed a physician-led Medical AI Safety Evaluation Portfolio, now available upon request.
It focuses on realistic clinical prompts designed to uncover high-consequence failures that may escape standard safety filters—including medication safety errors, flawed calculations, device–dose mismatches, outdated recommendations, false reassurance, and answers that reach the correct conclusion through unsafe reasoning.
Several cases identified errors with the potential to cause serious patient harm, underscoring why medical AI evaluation requires more than general benchmarking or surface-level accuracy checks.
The portfolio includes comparative model testing, clinical harm assessment, failure taxonomy, scoring methodology, and reproducible case documentation.
Available upon request for medical AI evaluation, safety testing, red-teaming, and physician expert roles.

In systemic sclerosis, the lungs are the leading cause of death — and they fail along two separate fronts. Interstitial lung disease scars the tissue itself. Pulmonary arterial hypertension narrows the vessels. The mechanisms differ, the imaging differs, the treatment differs, and the two often appear in the same patient.
This short film walks through both: the shared origin in vasculopathy, immunity, and fibrosis; how high-resolution CT and pulmonary function tests tell the diseases apart; what serology predicts; and where treatment now stands, including newer agents like sotatercept.
A concise visual reference for anyone following pulmonary involvement in scleroderma. #rheumatology #systemic_sclerosis #Scl_ILD #educational #RheumaView
@AmazonHelp, I already contacted you using DM. This is NOT a password-reset issue.
The password-recovery link is being sent to the attacker-controlled email and phone. The attacker also added an unauthorized passkey and two-step authentication, so changing the password alone will not remove the attacker’s access.
Do not send any reset link, verification code, or recovery information to the current account email or phone.
This requires manual Account Takeover recovery. Please escalate to an Account Specialist and:
Freeze the account.
Revoke all passkeys and security keys.
Disable the attacker’s two-step verification.
Sign out all sessions and remove all devices.
Restore my original email and phone only after verifying my identity through a secure upload link.
Protect the gift-card balance.
Provide a case number.
A standard password-reset link does not solve this security breach.
