@amywilson You are brilliant Amy! This was exactly the reaction… Why they send a curator to talk about their plans and finances? And why the $20MM consultant was so quiet?
@StevenFulop@JerseyCity RFP never came out. The Executive Director said you are exchanging this space for the support of their influential board. Shameful…. It is not a true democracy that arts and arts organizations should represent. It is a dictatorship move.
@StevenFulop "Ensuring equitable distribution of NJ State and City Arts resources should not rest solely on the decisions of one politician without proper Request for Proposals (RFPs). The arts amplify the voices of the people, and we will ensure accountability for ur actions#FairArtsFunding

@JoshuaParkhurst@jerseyjournal Correct St.Anthony’s was the very first owner of the building. We purchased, renovated, ran for four years and Prudential Center has five year lease with us.
Christine Goodman came White Eagle Hall, the privatee venue, to sold out DakhaBrakha concert, collected the data, and attached @JCTCenter photo without permission or credit (the editor added the credit since I complaint last week) and gave Fulop & his administration credit. Shame
Artists represent the voices of the people. Any government that attempts to suppress or undermine artists and arts organizations is trying to silence the collective voice of its citizens.
