Search and rescue operations in Ternopil, which lasted for four days following Russia’s attack on November 19, have been completed. 33 people were killed, including six children. 94 were injured, among them 18 children.

Six people, including one child, are still considered missing.

All Russia seeks is to spread terror and kill as many Ukrainians as possible, to break our spirit as brutally as it can. This is yet another war crime for which Russia must be held accountable.

The lives unjustly taken – including the youngest ones – cannot be returned. But the world can and must ensure justice and provide Ukraine with everything necessary to counter Russian terror.
