Next season I will coach Leo White a talented 19yr old multi discipline rider, who is heading to Spain to race on the road, what an opportunity! If anyone else who knew or was coached by Louis would also like to coach a rider in his memory please drop me a message, thanks

A year ago we lost Louis Passfield @trainalytics
Louis was a close friend and also my cycling coach for seven years. This coaching advice was generally at no charge and around his proper job, he did it because he loved cycling, coaching and sports science.

I wanted to do something to remember Louis and also wanted to be more like Louis!
I decided to coach a young rider for free this season and will do so every year that I am a coach.
This year that ended up being Luca Hill and it has been great to see his progress.

Going to be one hell of a race!
A mash up of the Worlds best cyclo cross, gravel and road classic riders go head to head in the inaugural Euro Gravel Champs. Racing over 160km of gravel, road and of course some cobbles!

More XC today live on @gcntweet @eurosport …Going to be some tight racing in the under 23 men’s at 11.30 and women’s at 15.30. After setting the fastest relay lap my money is on Charlie Aldridge then in the women’s I’m going for Line Burquier
