@AudiUK My mums car has only done 42,000 miles, has been regular serviced at an Audi specialist centre and yet now there is a (major) issue, Audi continue to hide behind the “it’s out of warranty” card.

@AudiUK We’ve had 8 Audis in the family at different times and now something goes seriously wrong with one & your customer service washes their hands with the issue! .. my mum is lucky the car didn’t completely fail as she was doing 70mph on a motorway! .. could’ve been A LOT worse
