2. The message appears automated, like spam 'Thank you, I appreciate your mention.' with emoji's
3. People, not automations, matter. I can't seem to convey this enough!

I have no way of reporting this so that it is seen, other than 'spam'. Are there not enough people working at X to fix this???

People would figure this out. When a system is automated, it still requires oversight. ALWAYS!!!
