@Hermesparcels I would like to speak to someone regarding my @CTilburyMakeup parcel which I am being told has been delivered successfully, when I have not received it at all, nor had ANY attempted deliveries. This is not the first time @Hermesparcels has 'lost' my parcels!!!

attempted delivery! It is so frustrating staying at home to wait for your parcels for no one to turn up and be told they ran into a problem so haven't attempted delivery again! I would appreciate some assistance with this!

@KurtGeiger my Kurt Geiger parcel has been at a @Hermesparcels depot since November 20th 2019. I have emailed Kurt Geiger and contacted Hermes and I have heard nothing and have been offered no explained or help. Please could someone get back to me to help
