Eventually they want to merge with Polkadot and use Polkadot as relay chain. Interesting concept. So they sort of just copy Polkadot and merge later. Founder is friends with Gavin.

@theshawwn @niarbnotna FYI, Slovakia (and I believe other neighboring countries also) already stated that they will allow refugees to cross the border even if they don't have their passport with them. Of course, it would be more difficult, but it should be possible.
