@Verizon we have a biz plan with 13 lines with you. Your biz ‘support’ AI number just HUNG UP on me twice. It also pretended to not know what ‘operator’ or ‘0’ meant. Please do better.
@united your AI system recognizes all sorts of words, but pretended not to recognize ‘operator’ or the repeated use of ‘0’. By contrast, the actual person was most helpful. Total AI failure in my opinion.
@Verizon your automated system just hung up on me for asking to speak to an operator. Someone programmed it to work that way; why? I'm a loyal customer but having my doubts.
Atypically terrible experience with @GEICO now; website not responding, phone system pretending not to understand what ‘0’ means, now 11 minutes holding. Frustrating. Just let me talk to a person!
