RWAs are evolving beyond tokenizing financial assets.

One sector that deserves far more attention is maritime shipping.

That's why @EthraShip caught my eye.

Unlike many RWA projects that begin with a token, Ethra is built on an operating business. Through Ethra Invest, the team has owned and commercially operated dry bulk vessels since 2021 long before bringing the model onchain.

The ecosystem is designed with two participation paths:

• $SHIP - a permissionless token for governance, staking, ecosystem benefits, and access to network data.
• SPV-backed investments - a regulated pathway for eligible investors seeking exposure to vessel-generated revenue.

What stands out is the operator-first approach.

Real ships. Real charter revenue. Real industry experience.

Blockchain isn't creating the business it's expanding access to an industry that already moves a significant share of global trade.

Definitely a project worth watching as the RWA sector continues to mature.
