@IKEAUKSupport Have finally picked up .. 2 hrs after order.. seems to be no obvious order things are being picked from warehouse as all other orders from screen appeared to have gone twice.
So whole 1 day off together as a family gone. And now in rush hour traffic!

Yes.. I got to brighton and eventually was sorted out a taxi..
But no one made that clear.. I was relaxed and was accepting my fate as I went. Just not fair on elderly or young families. Please…

Ordered 2 coffees..for my partner and I.
My partner then enquired about a cup of water to heat out 11 month year olds milk.. apparently that would cost another £2.20.. for water. For a baby.. really?

@SouthernRailUK when im getting the 8.44 from polegate to victoria using an e ticket.. Getting to the ticket barrier at 8.38. When the barrier says seek assistance. I do not expect when to be treated like i am lucky to be let through.. This is an off peak train..
