You can use any drug everyday and it doesn’t mean you have a substance use disorder. Your relationship to a substance is far more complex than how often you use it.
NICE won't support the proven and popular treatment for chronic pain #cannabis and now it finally gets real about the fact that opioids don't work. So what are patients supposed to do? Go privately for cannabis, break the law, suffer or just wait on NICE's dithering? #EndOurPain
D’you rely on coorparations for all your basic life shit? Can you build anything? Can you grow anything? Can you kill what you eat? D’you just press buttons to achive everything? What real skills you passing down? What can your actual human hands do apart from make gunfingers?
@Sonobliss I agree those factors will contribute to crime and thus interactions with the police. My question would be what are the origins of those problems? Imo violent rap music for example is merely symptomatic of a problem, a reflection of one's environment, not the intial cause
@Sonobliss ... For me this is the issue, what changes can we make so that police offer the same level of protection to every demographic whether that's based on class/ethnicity/gender etc
@Sonobliss Indeed would be interesting to know. However I don't really like the arguement of black on black vs black on white killings as it racialises the conflict in an unconstructive way. Police officers are supposed to protect, and they disproportionately fail to protect X demographic
@AlexStevensKent @ArfonJ Would more use from low price necessarily lead to more death?
If I'm not mistaken your article with Hughes on Portuguese decriminalisation suggested that alongside harm reduction measures increased use from decriminalisation doesn't necessarily = more death and disease
THERE IS NOTHING ANTI-SEMEMETIC ABOUT CRITICISING A GOVERNMENT REGIME
THERE IS NOTHING ANTI-SEMEMETIC ABOUT CRITICISING THE MILITARY INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX
THERE IS SOMETHING ANTI-SEMEMETIC ABOUT SYSTEMTATIYCALLY KILLING SEMITES
