Nigeria does have a quack problem.
I remember sometime in December last year, I needed to find a place where I could keep learning and further hone my ultrasound skills.
I was introduced to this hospital owner and I was so excited. Everyone referred to him as a “Doctor”…
This quack tales can't be exhausted.
Sometime in April, I went to make my hair at a salon and this lady walked in with plastic bucket filled with medicines and all what not.
She started advertising, sharing fliers.
She first identified as a lab scientist, when I asked her which university she attended, she amended her statement and said it's her Oga that's the real lab scientist that she's learning work.
I vex small, but since the Oga is nowhere to be seen I let it slide.
She then started advertising one medicine for infection control, I demanded to see the container just to know if the constituent is indicated.
Lo and behold, nothing is there, just the name of the medicine, what it cures and their location.
These guys are directly asking to be reinforced and further equipped.
Fulfilling these demands is cowardly and surrendering the nation to further ruin.
Not fulfilling them without a solid plan is unreasonable.
It’s a pity lives of the Nigerian people are at stake either way.
Reported demands made by the terrorists who kidnapped children and teachers in Oyo state:
1. ₦1 billion to be paid into an account in the Benin Republic.
2. Release of terrorists currently held in Agodi and Abolongo Prisons.
3. Two Hilux vehicles.
4. Amendment of Oyo State laws to enforce and introduce sharia law.
For those of you who continue to make excuses for terrorists, who refer to terrorists as your brothers and who applaud this lunatic government when they release these barbaric murderers back into society, please be aware that you will eventually be ruined by this same satanic ideology you endorse.
This insecurity matter in Nigeria is particularly painful because I’ve come to love road trips. Nigeria itself is beautiful and I wish it is safe enough for me to explore every nook.
