🚨🔵 TONIGHT IS A HUGE TEST FOR ESTEVAO!!!

Kerkez has been in excellent form over his last 6 games, while Estevao has had limited minutes this season.

I understand the manager has killed his Confidence, But this is EXACTLY the kind of game where Estevao can make a statement and show Xabi Alonso why he deserves MORE playing time.

If he cooks Kerkez, the excuses will be gone. If he struggles, people will be quick to judge him.
I can’t lie, I’m worried…

I want to see Rogers play as our No. 10 today. He might surprise people if he’s given the same freedom Palmer enjoys.

We forget Rogers isn’t just a goalscorer, he’s creative, technically gifted and capable of making things happen. But I don’t think Xabi is getting the best out of him with the way he’s currently being used.

With Palmer unavailable, there’s no excuse not to give Rogers the freedom to operate in his favourite position.

Let him run the show today. We might discover we’ve been limiting one of our biggest attacking threats. 🔥

Esto es lo que pasa cuando pones a un licenciado en Derecho y máster en Dirección Política al frente del Ministerio de Transportes, en lugar de a un experto en infraestructuras.

¡Es que los zurdos no dais para más!

Have you ever downplayed someone's success simply because admitting how impressive it was made you feel inadequate?

[WRITHLE🌍 @WRITHLE]

You don't apply because the competition looks intimidating. You don't share your work because it might be criticized. You don't approach the person because rejection seems embarrassing. You turn uncertainty into a guaranteed no without ever asking the question.

[WRITHLE🌍 @WRITHLE]

If nobody could see your achievements, would you still feel the same urgency to accomplish them?

Not every misunderstanding is a failure of communication. Sometimes people interpret you through old experiences, personal fears, or assumptions they aren't willing to question. Learn when to clarify and when to stop defending yourself.

One day, you may realize that your definition of success was borrowed from people whose lives you wouldn't actually want to live.
