All i can say is that Life is like a spoon. No matter what you do, never take a dog to the river to drink fish because when banana returns, the child will be angry that monkey drank garri.
my pastor, pastor emmanuel iren said something today and it really hit me: “the test of forgiveness is that you can see the same person again, and let it go.”

Hi 👋🏽
I believe in marriage, a Godly one at that.
One that reflects God not just within the home, but outside it too.
The timeline right now pushes this idea that men just work endlessly while women are confined to the kitchen but honestly, that’s a fallacy.
Marriage isn’t about rigid gender roles, it’s about responsibility.
A man should bring stability, integrity, and emotional maturity.
A woman should bring the same.
That’s how mutual value is built.
And please, if you see a man especially a doctor working tirelessly to make things work financially at home, appreciate him.
Don’t automatically assume his wife is “just slaving away.”
Most times, there’s a mutual understanding, a shared vision of what they want and how they’re building their home together.
I don’t believe marriage makes women slaves, it depends on who you marry.
I’ve seen marriages that work. I’ve grown up around love, partnership, and commitment. I have elders whose homes reflect this, and they look forward to seeing mine.
So no, I don’t subscribe to the idea that marriage is bondage for women.
If that’s what you choose to believe from social media, that’s your choice.
Men bring a lot to table and same for women.
At the end of the day, it comes down to who you marry and how you both choose to build your home.
As for me, marriage will work. And I know it will.
