@SouthwestAir 2 hour delay in our flight from Chicago to Phoenix. Pilot got us to Phoenix as quick as possible and now we are told we have to wait 20 minutes for a gate to open at Phoenix. It is after 1am……..Cmon Southwest! You can do better…. Get us to a gate!
