Yesterday at the Ake Palace Ground, Abeokuta, we officially commenced our campaign for the 2027 Ogun State Governorship Election.

It was a powerful gathering of our people, with over 10,000 genuine supporters and representatives from all 20 Local Governments, alongside our Senatorial, House of Representatives and House of Assembly candidates.

I was deeply encouraged by the energy, the support and the belief I saw in our people. Yesterday was more than the flag-off of a campaign. It was a reaffirmation of what we are fighting for and the Ogun we want to build.

An Ogun where workers receive what is due to them. Where public funds are properly accounted for. Where local governments function. Where our farmers are supported, our children have access to quality education, our communities are secure and women have a stronger place in governance.

Most importantly, an Ogun where government works for everyone, not just a political party.

We are not seeking power for the sake of power. We are seeking the opportunity to serve, to restore trust in government and to deliver a better quality of life for our people.

The road to 2027 has begun.
