I saw this method of Yam Farming on Facebook. Owing to the fact that knowledge is power, I had to share!

Here is how you grow yam from the comfort of your compound using these steps

Step1 - Get cement sacks or rice sacks, the bigger the sacks the better.

Step2- Get ash from burnt charcoal, What you see on that bowl is not cement, It is burnt charcoal ash.

Step3- Fill the sacks with healthy soil.

Step 4- You either bury the yam heads or Cut your yam into small sizes, rub the ash on the piece , then bury deep in the sack filled with soil.

Step 5- Place the sacks outside where it can access rain and sunlight.

Step 6- Soon as it starts springing leaves attach a stick to it, so the leaves can climb.

FRIDAY MORNING REFLECTION – Nigeria political appointees, and the celebration of corruption loot in advance.

1. With the State of the economy, insecurity, poverty, debt burden, abysmal power supply, humongous housing deficit, 20+ million children out of school, high unemployment, extremely poor remuneration for workers, food inflation, etc, no Nigerian leader; elected or appointed should be doing anything close to celebration.

2. Sadly, what you see everywhere - online and offline is celebration galore by those appointed either as Advisers or Assistants to the President and Governors, or as Ministers or Commissioners Nominees.

3. What exactly are they celebrating?

A Federal Minister Nominee presented a 2-credit Pass School Certificate of 5 subjects as his academic qualification, and yet had the boldness to tell Nigerian Senate that he does not even need such much qualification to become the President of Nigeria – implying that he is abundantly qualified. Even with that, he stands cleared to become a Minister of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. He too, is celebrating as I wrote this reflection.

5. And there are former Governors who boldly superintended election rigging in their States (even with fatal violence), appointed as Minister Nominees, in what for obvious reason comes through as a reward for job well done. They too are celebrating. Again, I ask:

7. A fellow told me that they are celebrating the loot they will loot in advance. He said, they are celebrating the new properties they will acquire (at home and abroad) from the loot they will loot. He said, they are celebrating the luxurious lifestyle they would fund with the loot they will loot. He said, they are celebrating that they will send their children abroad to study with the loot they will loot. He said, all you see them celebrate is the loot, they are convinced they will loot. He said, they are celebrating because corruption celebrates its loot in advance. Although there are exceptions to this malady, but unfortunately, they are a tiny minority.

8. Nigerians must wake up and find a way to get this set of unpatriotic, parasitic, thoughtless and unbridled-selfish politicians, out of every leadership occupation, the country will continue to sink lower, and lower; and deeper and deeper, into ruins.

Russia is playing a long game. You have black Wagner Forces. When black African armies are trained in Russia, they get indoctrinated into the Wagner Group. The coups in W-Africa are sponsored. When African leaders were off to Libya to broker a truce, NATO ordered them to go back.

Africa has no Sovereignty in the real sense. Much of terrorism in Africa are engineered by the West. The Fall of Libya triggered the conflict in the Sahel. When African puppets are backed to rig elections, the West benefit. Most democrats in Africa got there by stealing elections

What does America & the West do? They congratulate them. They receive the “Seal of Approval” from the White House. Africans are not free, not by any stretch. The Neocolonialism & Neoliberal policies are scripts written in the West, & executed by black African leaders. This is why you see them packed in a bus in France, America & the UK, like sardines.

African leaders have one job, & one job only

“To sustain the West & the unholy corruption in Africa, & keep Africans poor.”

Human Rights & Civil Rights are not for black Africans, the posturing by America is a hoax. Black lives don’t matter, it never mattered, & it won’t matter

Russia will use black Wagner army indoctrinated in Russia to fight the ECOWAS. Sponsoring coups in Africa is Russia’s Great Plan; their master strategy. West Africa is the chessboard, West African leaders - the pawn. Russia is in this Long Game with the West, & it won’t end well.

Since the West are instigating terrorism in Africa, & tapping Africa’s resources, Russia said; “wait a minute! we can stop the West in their tracks, & take Africa through the window.” Elected civilians & their military counterparts are Eastern & Western pawns.

But many Africans don’t know this. They will cheer whoever gives them any sort of temporal reprieve. Africans will continue to cheer their oppressors, until they can cheer no more. All you see in West Africa are engineered. Poverty & ignorance are a powerful tool for domination.

Tinubu is not his own man. He became a pawn for the United States. Whatever the reason for holding back his criminal record until 2026, is between BAT & the FBI. He’ll continue to please America, by approving every request from the West, even before it gets to mainstream media.

ECOWAS spoke too quickly. Like “subsidy is gone,” BAT made a very hasty statement when he threatened Niger Republic with a military intervention. You have to think before you act. That is what makes you a leader. If he don’t strike Niger, he’ll lose respect in ECOWAS, & in Africa

ECOWAS is fragmented now. I don’t see the bloc moving into Niger, the stakes are too high. You may have a likely Algeria, Italy, Chad, Burkina Faso, Mali, Guinea & Niger Alliance. China is quiet; Xi is observing, but he won’t hesitate to join the party.

The ECOWAS is left with one option, in fact, the only option - continue with the dialogue. Any military intervention in Niger Republic will backfire.
