400 years later,
People are still been taken from Africa and made into slaves.
Slavery destroyed us
Religion divided us
Ignorance controls us
Truth scares us.
What world do we live in If we cannot be our brothers keeper.
#slavery still exist.

There are burdens that were never mine to carry. The pain may have reached me, but it will not go beyond me. Every wound, every cycle, & every unhealthy pattern ends here. By God’s grace, my children will inherit healing, love, peace, & purpose not the weight I had to overcome.
A man’s heart plans his way, but the Lord directs his steps.-Proverbs 16:9.
The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord, and He delights in his way. -Psalm 37:23.
Lord, let my next step be my best step, & I trust that You’ll be directing every single one in Jesus name, Amen.

Surrendering yourself to God begins with a personal conviction & willingness to let Him shape & transform you from the inside out. He will make your calling greater than your ability. It is in that place of dependence that His strength is made perfect,His grace is revealed to you
The best thing I did for myself is ensuring 99% of my friends are way older than me, they boldly tell me off, support me and most especially defend me behind me. The crazy thing is, they don’t know each other but they speak the same language of peace, love & encouragement to me
The reality of grief is waking up each day & choosing to keep going. Every step carries a memory of what was /what could have been. In the end, we’re all made of moments we couldn’t keep, yet our stories continue.
