You can do works in Jesus’ name and still fail to do the Father’s will.

You can quote Scripture without obeying it, preach humility while resisting correction, and appear righteous while hiding hypocrisy.
“Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof.” — 2 Timothy 3:5
Let Christ transform your life, not merely your appearance.
The danger is not merely believing a lie, but refusing to love the truth.
“For this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie.” — 2 Thessalonians 2:11

The danger is not only being deceived. It is losing the desire to discover that we are deceived.
That is why loving the truth matters just as much as hearing it.
The most frightening deception is when a person rejects the truth for so long that they eventually believe the lie.
“God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie.” — 2 Thessalonians 2:11 (KJV)
Don’t just hear the truth. Love it enough to obey it.

Jesus healed a man who had suffered for 38 years, then warned him: “Sin no more” (John 5:14).
But the passage doesn’t identify a particular sin as the cause of his infirmity.
Take sin seriously—but don’t assume every sickness is punishment for personal sin.

Let’s examine the text carefully.
Exodus 8:15 says Pharaoh hardened his heart.
Exodus 9:12 says the LORD hardened Pharaoh’s heart.
How do you understand these statements when read together with the rest of the account?
If God hardened Pharaoh’s heart, why did Pharaoh face judgment?
Exodus says Pharaoh hardened his own heart, and later says God hardened it.
We must read both statements in context.
📖 Read Exodus 7–10.
Do not use Pharaoh’s story merely to judge someone else’s heart.
One criminal mocked Jesus. The other acknowledged his guilt and asked, “Lord, remember me” (Luke 23:42).
Jesus answered with a promise of paradise.
Your past should not make you despair of Christ’s mercy—but don’t use His mercy as an excuse to delay repentance.

You need to know who is talking and who is the listener and what they’re talking about, that’s when you can have the full picture
Because I’ve seen people saying i can do all things through Christ who strengthen me, meanwhile Paul is talking about how to live with many and little
If your pastor pull out a verse from the context, stay still and go back to the beginning of the chapter to the end because that pastor intentions is to keep you ignorant of the truth of the Bible because you can’t fully understand scripture without context..
