Dont let this movie flop, if you're even slightly interested, go see it. The trailer doesn't give it enough credit. Let studios know we want more original movies, not just sequel and prequel.

I'm tired of seeing sequel. While at the theater, I saw trailers for 4 different sequel movies, one being Ice Age 6 Boiling Point. I love Ice Age, but we need newer, original ideas, not cashgraps.

Saw Forgotten Island over the weekend. I was wrong.

It was much better than it had ANY right to be. It absolutely captures the syncretic nature of Filipino culture and mythology. We're not entirely Asian or "Sea Mexican" or whatever. And that's ok. We're Pinoy.

Last night I had to abruptly end stream.

Thru-out the day I tirelessly worked behind the scenes to locate as much info as I could on @Rokkuhato as he was missing in action over the week.

During the stream I received a call from the Police where Rokku lived. I was informed that he had passed away.

I have been in contact with the medical examiner and will not know more till late Monday. They have attempted to contact next of kin, Rokku's parents, I have left my name and number in hopes for contact.

May Rokkuhato rest in peace, he was a dear friend. Please hold each other tight as we mourn the loss of an amazing person, someone that brought great joy into our lives.
