By filing RTI application the FAA wants to make me feel that I did mistake and is harassing me.

Can I file writ petition under article 226 claimin compensation for harassment meted out to me by the FAA?

I had filed an RTI application (asking what action has been taken on my complaint and request letter which I gave to the Consumer Forum President Mysore to correct the names of the parties in the cause list of the order sheet as they were typed wrongly)

In this case what can be done. The PIO and FAA not provided information and on top of that they are extorting money now. What to do in this case?

Just for reporting malpractice I have been kicked out of college, nobody helps, copying in exam is common as per my college principal and lecturers. Even consumer forum mysore did not bother to help.
