@AirCanada your baggage claim call center is totally fraudulent. Those call center operators have no additional information beyond what is available through the public online tracer site. You owe more to your customers than that - what you’re doing is wrong.

@dogzaddy @auntanxiety @AirCanada Would just add here Air Canada’s toll free baggage claim number is a total sham. After more than 5 days of dealing with them realized that call center has no advanced info. it’s just setup to give customers someone to talk to but who can’t really help.

@AirCanada 2:15 pm flight abruptly canceled from YUL to PHL 30 mins before departure due to maintenance issues today. Stuck in airport for 6 additional hours. Terrible way to spend one of our vacation days. Really hoping there is reimbursement here.
