Government cannot keep pushing students into SHS schools without fixing the infrastructure in those schools. What’s the point of placement if students don’t have decent dormitories, classrooms, water and basic facilities?

I remember battling water shortages and even sleeping in classrooms because there weren’t enough dormitories. Years later, are we still repeating the same mistakes?

Expand access, yes. But invest in the schools too. Our children deserve better.
