Before tech, my days were centered on solving people's problems through customer service. Every interaction challenged me to listen carefully, think critically, communicate clearly, and find solutions that left customers satisfied.

Today, I'm building skills in data analysis, SQL, Excel, Power BI, and customer-focused technology solutions. I still solve problems—but now I'm using data and technology to do it at a larger scale.
Looking back, I realize I didn't leave customer service behind. 4/4

The transition wasn't instant. It meant learning new skills, taking courses, complting project, and stepping outside my comfort zone. There were moments of uncertainty, but every challenge reminded me why I started.
