To @mtnug I had requested for agent loan of 470000# and got it and it elapsed on 17/01/2026 but now I tried to pay and so far they have reached 570000# they are deducting and they tell me they still owe me 379500 do u double the loan coz of late payments

@mtnug The first deduction was on 17/01/2026 of 108504# then next on 20/01/2026 of 54000# followed by 30000# followed by 379570# followed by 430# on same day of yesterday!

To @Airtel_Ug I had subscribed to my wifi package that was expiring on 16/01/2026 but internet was cut off on 13/01/2026 so will I be compensated or not???

@mtnug The affected number is [phone] I never paid but every withdraw I did they could deduct and it was totalling 572504 yesterday and I was supposed to pay 470000# including the interest and when I check loan balance they say they still owe me 379570#
