Mostly the fact that I have not met anyone who would sing to me. I understand it, though. With the trials going on, many cats have other things on their minds.

It was not shielded, per say, but one of my sisters was rather distant emotionally, the other too quiet to want to sing.

@MurmuringMurmim I don’t know any songs, unfortunately. My sisters were not fond of singing. I do wish to learn some, though. Singing sounds like... warmth, I suppose. Perhaps I am just imagining things I cannot have.
