Assume 20% initial conversion premium = $72
Add capped call structure to get to = $120

Raising $575M gross (w/ shoe) for likely 2% dilution

2) Positive news and growing recognition
3) Crowd participation and euphoria
4) Strong momentum & breakouts - short-lived corrections.
