You can have perfect discipline and still lose money.
Thatโs something beginners donโt understand.
You can follow your setup, respect your SL, risk 1%, take your TP etc and still lose 5 trades in a row.
Discipline doesnโt guarantee profit.
It guarantees that your losses donโt turn into something much worse.
Hereโs a shortcut that changed the game for me:
Monday โ Accumulation
Tuesday โ Manipulation
Wednesday โ Distribution
Thursday โ Distribution / Continuation
Friday โ Reset ๐ชซ
Zoom out:
Week 1 โ Accumulation
Week 2 โ Manipulation
Week 3 โ Distribution
Week 4 โ Redistribution / Continuation
Zoom out again:
Inside a quarter:
Month 1 โ Accumulation
Month 2 โ Manipulation
Month 3 โ Distribution
IFF the structure is actually aligning that way.
The key thing to understand is this:
The best time to participate is usually during distribution.
Thatโs when price is no longer just building liquidity or manipulating both sides.
It is when the actual delivery starts.
So stop looking at setups in isolation.
Understand where you are in the cycle first.
Day inside the week.
Week inside the month.
Month inside the quarter.
No pattern is ever random.
Study this weekend.
Youโre welcome.๐

โ Daily bullish
โ H4 continuation
โ Candle reject
โ H1 entry
Closed early as well because profit target for phase 1 was met
Now we study and prepare for next week
Weekly BIAS is bullish (confirmed by the Daily BMS) and target yet to be met
There was a Daily reject from a previous open close key level
Price Reacted from a rejected A-shape key level on the 4 hour.
Entered using an engulfing OB on the H1
GER40 analysis made yesterday.
First entry was a reaction from the QM level after aDaily rejected and H4 BO
Then had a re-entry on the 30mins which was what I entered on the prop.
Closed early because the profit target for my prop had been met.
Unto the next
@Cyber_Pams In my opinion there is no traditionally natural CF in any big team. Some might say haaland but they forget how much bro falls back and helps in midfield progression
