Unpopular opinion;

Stop teaching girls that their virginity is a gift they must preserve for their future husband.

If you choose to remain a virgin, let it be because of Jesus, your convictions, and your values—not because a man deserves a “pure” woman.

Virginity is not JUST a woman’s dignity.
And it certainly isn’t a prize for a man to collect.

Today marked another proud milestone in our journey of raising competent, compassionate, and God-fearing medical professionals.

A total of 86 graduates of the Astra Aspera Class of 2026 were formally inducted into the medical profession by the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN), following an outstanding 100% success rate in their final professional examinations.

With this latest cohort, Bowen has now produced 522 medical doctors, each equipped to make meaningful contributions to healthcare in Nigeria and beyond.

We are especially proud of the outstanding graduates who emerged at the top of an already exceptional class:
