We were thrilled to deliver our first-ever Scottish Championship @PeeblesGC, with 29 beneficiaries competing.

At the beginning of May, 10 UK based beneficiaries joined their counterparts @OCFUSA for a Warm Weather Training Week @MarriottGlfAcad and @GrandeVistaGolf.

Once again, it was an incredible week of coaching, golf, employment insight and camaraderie in the Orlando sun.

This included sons, granddaughters, spouses, fathers-in-laws and friends - all of whom have been part of our beneficiaries recovery.

We have recently received an incredible grant of £39,008 the from Scottish Veterans Fund via the @scotgov, which will support the delivery of our programme in Scotland up until March 2028.

Dai is one of two @ThePGA Coaches that has been involved with On Course Foundation since inception in 2010, changing the lives of our beneficiaries for the better through his expert coaching, enthusiasm and passion for the game.

David Llewellyn has been appointed as the 86th Captain of The PGA, marking a proud moment in an outstanding career in the game.

A highly respected PGA Member, David brings more than five decades of experience across playing, coaching and club leadership. From European Tour success to his continued work at Carden Park, his contribution reflects the very best of The PGA.

“It’s the greatest honour The PGA can bestow upon a golf professional, to ask them to be Captain of the Association,” he said.

David follows in a distinguished line of Captains and will represent the Association with great pride in the year ahead.

Continuing the employment news, we are thrilled to report that beneficiary Matt Arnold has started the role of Assistant Greenkeeper at the prestigious Wentworth Golf Club.

Matt is now the second member of the team, joining fellow beneficiary and Head Mechanic, Dave Hughes.
