With the advent of #PrideMonth upon us, it is necessary to remind the world that only God can determine sex and sexuality. Only through his revealed word can we know his design for sexuality. All other forms are an abomination in his sight (see link below).
Scripture is not only the sole sufficient means of establishing sexual ethics, it is the only means by which man can discover how he might be reconciled to God after failing to obey God’s commands for sex and sexuality. (See more below)
#PrideMonth is nothing more than the world openly celebrating its defiance of God and his design for sex and sexuality. It is the world declaring their intent to thrust God from his throne and seat themselves upon it. Only Scripture is sufficient to define sexuality (see below).
Murdered their child because they didn’t want to deal with the trouble of caring for a human being who would have special needs. This is the definition of evil.
This really should surprise no one.
When a man illegitimately starts a new church after fleeing church discipline, and maintains that church in defiance of his obvious disqualification, you can’t expect that the people will be moved to live lives of holiness in accordance with Scripture.
He’s already demonstrated that such obedience is optional, so they will treat it that way.
God’s word reveals his holy and perfect design for sex, which is found only in the union of one man and one woman in a lifetime monogamous relationship known as marriage. (See more below)
Sexual depravity corrupts the mind and heart of man to the point that he knowingly defies God and desires to drag others into judgment with him. (See below)
The world attempts to define sexuality as a specific effort to unseat God from his throne and defy his rule over all creation. From my article “The Sufficiency of Scripture and Sexual Ethics.” (See below)

You know the brainwashing is effective when they complain more about how the rhetoric affects immigrants than how a man was left to die in handcuffs because the police believed a lie that he said something bad about an immigrant.
Something to consider:
Some false religions, such as Catholicism, point to passages such as 2 Thess. 2:15 to argue that tradition as well as Scripture are authoritative:
“So then, brothers, stand firm and hold to the traditions that you were taught by us, either by our spoken word or by our letter.”
However, the idea that tradition in and of itself is authoritative cannot be true, because Paul described his own zealousness as a Jew was due to his adherence to tradition:
“And I was advancing in Judaism beyond many of my own age among my people, so extremely zealous was I for the traditions of my fathers.” (Galatians 1:14, ESV)
Yet, this same Paul wrote 2 Thess. 2:15. What could he be referring to when he speaks of tradition? The answer is found earlier in Gal. 1:6–9:
“I am astonished that you are so quickly deserting him who called you in the grace of Christ and are turning to a different gospel— not that there is another one, but there are some who trouble you and want to distort the gospel of Christ. But even if we or an angel from heaven should preach to you a gospel contrary to the one we preached to you, let him be accursed. As we have said before, so now I say again: If anyone is preaching to you a gospel contrary to the one you received, let him be accursed.”
Thus, the tradition that Paul is referring to is the gospel as outlined in Scripture itself. This is why he writes to Timothy saying:
“All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, equipped for every good work.” (2 Timothy 3:16–17, ESV)
The traditions that Paul speaks of must be that which aligns with the revealed word of God. Any tradition that departs the authority of Scripture is the traditions of men which Jesus spoke against:
“He answered them, “And why do you break the commandment of God for the sake of your tradition? For God commanded, ‘Honor your father and your mother,’ and, ‘Whoever reviles father or mother must surely die.’ But you say, ‘If anyone tells his father or his mother, “What you would have gained from me is given to God,” he need not honor his father.’ So for the sake of your tradition you have made void the word of God.” (Matthew 15:3–6, ESV)
Any teaching that is claimed to be “tradition” must be in alignment and draw its authority from the teachings of the apostles which are only found in God’s revealed word in Scripture. Nothing else is authoritative in the life of a Christian. Any claim of “tradition” that does not find its source in Scripture is false doctrine and should be rejected.
My name is Chris, and I am a Christian.
This June I’ll be celebrating & affirming marriage as it was designed to be by God; between one man and one woman (Matthew 19:4-6)

Since I’ve had several people comment who cannot seem to comprehend the text in Exodus, let me clarify:
Exodus 21:22 - “When men strive together and hit a pregnant woman, so that her children come out, but there is no harm, the one who hit her shall surely be fined, as the woman’s husband shall impose on him, and he shall pay as the judges determine.”
This portion of the passage explains that if a pregnant woman is injured in a fight between two men and this results in a premature delivery where there is no harm to the child, then the judge will award financial compensation. This is NOT a miscarriage. This is a premature birth brought on by the injury.
Exodus 21:23–25 - “But if there is harm, then you shall pay life for life, eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot, burn for burn, wound for wound, stripe for stripe.”
This portion of the passage deals with harm that comes to the child as a result of the premature delivery. This harm can come in the form of any number of injuries, up to and including death. The consequences of this harm are like injury, up to and including death, on the person who committed the act resulting in the premature delivery.
Therefore, this has direct application to abortion because the act that causes abortion causes harm to the child in the womb, specifically, it kills the baby.
It is unbelievable that so many people want to find a way around the clear teaching of Scripture on the matter, but when dealing with people who hate babies and want them dead, it is not surprising.
The Bible is not silent on abortion.
The Bible teaches that it is God who knits us together in our mother’s wombs. (Ps. 139:13)
The Bible teaches that we cannot murder. (Ex. 20:13)
The Bible teaches that when someone strikes a pregnant woman, causing her to deliver the baby, any injury to the child is afflicted on the guilty party. (Ex. 21:22-25)
Jesus taught that all of the law was the word of God and that none of it would pass away until everything that he intended was accomplished. (Matt. 5:17-24)
Paul, the apostle called by Christ, taught that all of Scripture is the word of God inspired the Holy Spirit. (2 Tim. 3:16-17)
Therefore, Jesus, who is God the Son, spoke clearly that abortion is the murder of the child in the womb because all throughout Scripture we have evidence that a child in the womb is a person knit together by God and anyone who causes injury to the child shall face justice.
Our nation creates law all the time that tell both men and women what they cannot do with their bodies.
You cannot use your body to rob someone.
You can out use your body to assault someone.
You cannot use your body to rape someone.
And you cannot use your body to murder someone.
A pregnant woman who aborts a child is murdering that child (a person that has its own body separate from hers, yet dependent on her).
Therefore, Talarico is purposefully lying about the Bible in order to justify his own hatred of children and willingness to allow women to commit outright murder.
