Why is the BA App the 'only' app behaving in this manner and not other apps?
@easyadam Pathetic response from BA asking travellers to go buy a new phone instead of fixing the issue. The only app that doesn't work properly. Whilst all other apps work.
@British_Airways If you guys wanted to know, I called BA, after the online upgrade, there was some line missing in the booking, hence I couldn't select a seat.
Again, need to say how shambolic BA's IT is. So much for the £7bil investment when there are issues everyday!

FYI. I tried it in incognito mode and it was the same result. How does that help with the cookies and & internet files?
@British_Airways Yes, have tried Chrome, Firefox & the BA App. All the same result. Trying to select a seat after accepting an Online upgrade.
Really don't understand why there is constant IT issues on the BA Website?
@sainsburys Hi, I bought a Tefal Frypan yesterday for £19. In Mossisons, the same product was £12. Thats £7 difference! Is it best to just take it back? Still in its original packaging.
