I dont understand how @OnTrac_Shipping @OnTracHelp loses a package that's 6 ft x 4 ft they updated arrival in MPLS 12/8 w/ our other package we received a week after also!?!? Then told it's my responsibility to contact seller to fix! Extremely disappointed!!

@Macys don’t ever ship customers packages with @OnTrac_Shipping @LaserShip ever again this company steals people packages! It’s insane how many people are reporting this company as a scam! This shipping/delivery company needs to be investigated and shut down immediately!
