He slipped out from under the blanket and he leaned in and pressed a kiss to her forehead before pressing a kiss to her lips.

“Just make sure you have the movie ready. I’ll be back in like five minutes.”

She gave him a look before moving just enough for him to get out of bed, sliding her body back under the covers.

“Well, the quicker you get dressed and get our pizza, the quicker we can watch the movie.”

“Great, so that means I’ll be watching the movie and you’ll be having your eyes in my shoulder because you’re scared.”

He couldn’t help but laugh at his own response before raising an eyebrow.

“So I have to get out of bed and go grab it. They can’t deliver?”

Calling and starting to place the order as he grabbed his wallet, she ordered their usual pizza with cheese fries and garlic knots before hanging up.

she leaned over to grab her phone, realizing it was just about time for their favorite pizza place to open.

Their lips met before a grin pulled at his face. It wasn’t a bad idea to just allow the two of them to relax and just have a day.

“You choose the first movie then? And when it’s time we order pizza and it’s on me.”

she leaned up slightly after he agreed with her about staying home for the day, a sly grin form on her face before she gave him a soft kiss.

“That sounds like a perfect plan. I think we should order pizza and just watch movies all day.”

She had this all planned. Mark can’t be too mad though. Because they haven’t had a day where they just relax and do nothing.

His arms pulling Callie even closer and nuzzling his nose against her skin.

Rolling his eyes as he playfully kisses her shoulder. The five more minutes always gets them.

“Why is that your go to? Five more minutes? It’s like clockwork.”

she chuckled lightly, moving her neck to crack it softly before reaching over to grab her phone to check the time.
