I asked Tim Burchett how Trump can lower the price of diesel.

He just laid out the perfect plan:

H.R. 10423: A temporary ban on U.S. diesel exports until January 2027.

H.R. 10422: a price-triggered export control. If the national average diesel price reaches $5/gallon, diesel exports would be restricted. The restriction would remain until the national average falls to $4.50/gallon or less for 30 consecutive days.

"I firmly convinced the oil companies hate Donald Trump, and lil tell you why. He's the dealmaker. He's the biggest oil man in the world right now after that deal he cut in Venezuela. It was a stroke of genius."
