@binghott It's a new account, for a fintech app I thought of using broad audience since I'm testing 5 creatives on Ads level
Just for the first 3 days
what do you think?
Read frequency, CPA, CPM, and CTR together:
Rising frequency + rising CPA + rising CPM, same ad.
> Classic creative fatigue. The audience has seen it too many times, engagement drops, Meta charges more, results fall. Replace the ad. Do not just raise budget, that accelerates the burn.
Low frequency + high CPA + decent CTR.
> A cold-reach acquisition ad doing its job. Expensive because cold is expensive, but the CTR shows it is resonating. Keep it, it feeds your winners. Killing it is the most common expensive mistake.
High CTR + low CVR.
> The hook works but brings the wrong person or over-promises. Fix the hook-to-page match, not the website. The ad is writing a check the page cannot cash.
Low CTR + high CPM.
> The creative is not earning attention AND the auction is pricing it as low quality. This is a creative and copy problem, often a too-pushy or too-product-forward ad. Soften the lead, open with the problem.
Account-wide frequency climbing.
> Cold reach is drying up regardless of individual ads. Launch fresh top of funnel before the revenue dip.
The role of a creative strategist has changed massively in the last few years.
Before:
A CS could mostly survive by being “the ideas person.”
Now:
The best CS people operate more like performance directors.
Because modern ads are no longer just:
“Write script → shoot → launch.”
Now the strategist needs to understand:
1. Psychology
Not just “pain points.”
But:
What belief is stopping the purchase?
What emotion stops the scroll?
What insecurity creates urgency?
What identity does the customer want?
What awareness level are they at?
Good strategists understand:
People buy explanations before products.
2. Editing
You don’t need to be an editor.
But you need editing literacy.
Because pacing changes performance.
The strategist should understand:
>Pattern interrupts
>Retention dips
>Shot sequencing
>Text pacing
>Visual reinforcement
>Cognitive overload
>Audio energy shifts
A script can be “good on paper” and still die because of pacing.
3. Media buying
Not to launch campaigns.
But to interpret feedback loops.
A CS should know:
What low CTR usually means
Why high hook + low CVR happens
Why broad audiences react differently
Why frequency changes fatigue
How awareness fit impacts metrics
How placements affect performance
Without this…
The strategist becomes disconnected from reality.
4. Copywriting
>Still foundational.
>Hooks.
>Onramps.
>Information prioritization.
>Belief shifting.
>Desire building.
>Objection handling.
AI can generate words.
But it still struggles with:
“What should be said first?”
That’s strategy.
5. Creators
This became massively underrated.
Some creators:
>naturally build trust
>know how to sound believable
>understand pacing intuitively
>know how to create emotional familiarity
Others kill performance even with great scripts.
Modern CS work is partly:
>matching the right message with the right human delivery.
The best strategists today are:
>part psychologist
>part performance marketer
>part director
>part researcher
>part storyteller
>part systems thinker.
That’s why the role is becoming MORE valuable with AI, not less.
when i'm evaluating creators, i’m not looking for raw talent first
i’m looking for how they think.
the first thing I ask:
what apps have you worked with before?
if someone has managed multiple accounts, i want to see range
• different hooks
• different angles
• different formats
if i see the same format 20 times with no variation, that’s a red flag
good creators adjust
they notice when something isn’t landing and change direction
can you look at a brief, understand the goal, and adapt your content accordingly?
that’s what separates someone who just posts from someone who actually drives growth
I've never seen a welcome series with 3 emails convert well.
That's why we send (at least) 6:
Email 1: Welcome + first offer
Email 2: Founder story (why we built this)
Email 3: Product education
Email 4: Objection handling (price, quality, fit)
Email 5: Social proof (reviews, UGC, testimonials)
Email 6: Urgency (welcome offer expires soon)
Email 7: Last chance
Emails 4-7 convert the hesitant buyers who need multiple touchpoints to trust you.
And that's what 95% of brands cap out at.
The problem with this is that your first 3 emails only catch the hot leads.
And these are the 10-15% who were ready to buy before they even signed up.
But the other 85% need more time
If you stop at 3, you're leaving 60-70% of potential revenue on the table.
my growth stack for every app:
• ugc hooks on tiktok
• find the angle that triggers comments
• move the best performer to meta
• scale cpis down to cents
boring
repeatable
profitable
You can do unimaginable things with Higgsfield AI.
I tried the motion control feature and this is what it created.
The background changed.
The environment changed.
Even my whole look transformed.
AI is making content creation much easier🤗

Stop asking her stupid questions like:
“What’s your favourite colour?”
" Which is your favourite food"
" How many are you in your family"
Here are 20 powerful questions that separate you from every other guy.....
stop overthinking distribution
open tiktok
search your niche
sort by top videos
copy the format that gets reactions
distribution is already solved
just follow the patterns
