@webafrica Operates like a scam.. The poorest customer service… in fact non-existent!!! Do me a favour and cancel my subscription with immediate effect. And stop with the stupid What’s Up automated responses. It has been 10
Days without any help!!

[Blue-ella @Ondella]

@88nagza Am here 🙈🙈🙈

[Blue-ella @Ondella]

@FNBSA An inconvenience service!!!

[Blue-ella @Ondella]

@FNBSA So, Customers at this bank all have an app, even old aged pensioners and without an app cannot be authorised and assisted over the phone. So in contradiction with ‘you have a team of bankers 24/7 to help you’ help one to be frustrated I guess.

[Blue-ella @Ondella]

@FNBSA I went to the branch & call centre agents gave me 101 reasons why they can’t close my account, system offline & all. I call with the reference number to follow with my request. Am told to go to the branch . For what when I have a reference number?

[Blue-ella @Ondella]

@FNBSA The most useless call centre assistant I have come experienced. Zero customer care!! They can’t help you if you don’t have an app, they can’t validate you without an app. And when you get to the branch, the Consultants are confused as to why you came to the branch .

[Blue-ella @Ondella]

Today my productivity levels are on ‘edge’ , no network connection found 😓. I think am also experiencing ‘mind’ 🧠 load shedding & my work energy levels are Level 5 Lockdown. In such times I need e-Wallet or Cash-Send nyana to boost me😐.
