Regulatory clarity, set early, is what draws talent. Talent is what matures the infrastructure. A lot of what the market assumes is still years away is already here.
Tokenizing the world starts with building the infrastructure institutions can trust.
Real assets need more than digital access. They need structure and transparency.
Forbes highlights the key gap in tokenized real estate:
Issuance is only the start.
To reach institutional scale, the sector needs enforceable ownership, compliant transfers, servicing, and interoperability.

This is where RWAs get more serious.
It is no longer just about putting assets onchain and calling it innovation.
The real test is whether the structure makes sense when institutions start asking the hard questions.

The RWA conversation is no longer just about new issuers and new platforms.

That is why the real question for allocators is not simply which chain the asset sits on.
It is whether tokenization improves the investment structure.
- Does it make access cleaner?
- Can rights be enforced?
- Are risks clear?
- And is someone accountable?

If CLARITY gives institutions a cleaner framework to build and allocate, this could be one of those turning points people only fully appreciate later.
RWAs represent the next evolution of blockchain technology.
The industry is moving beyond purely digital assets and into real-world markets, where tokenization can improve access, ownership, transparency, and financial infrastructure at scale.
