I started following SIP-031 funds to understand how they are being used. I'm building a tool to track large incoming and outgoing transactions and to cluster addresses.
It's still very raw and running client-side for now, but I plan to develop it into a more complete tool later.

✅ Provide hard fork upgrade code to network operators on 7/27/2025.
✅ Successfully execute SIP-031 hard fork with network partners and operators.
✅ Final vetting and validation of ideal legal structures.
✅ Vetting and selection of Cayman-based Board of Directors for the Stacks Endowment and Treasury Committee.
✅ Drafting of organizational bylaws inline with the structure outlined in the SIP.
✅ Purchase and registration of key properties (domains, handles, etc.) for both Stacks Labs and Stacks Endowment.
