My film Reunion was first screened on Channel Four Television in the UK in 1995. We shot this on a mixture of Betacam SP and film and completed the post production on film. How far we have come technologically since then... The film is about spiritual mediumship and is a creative mixture of documentary and fiction. We are now releasing this film on our YouTube channel for free enjoyment: https://t.co/106Ci0HnIn

I'm very excited to announce the launch of StoryLab Conversations. StoryLab Conversations is an online narrative filmmaking publication for enquiring filmmakers to explore their form through practice-led conversations with their creative peers. StoryLab Conversations will facilitate, through peer reviewed interactions, the use of film outputs as the main means of sharing new insights into narrative filmmaking. In this context, we think of narrative filmmaking as any moving image form - fiction, documentary, animation etc - whose primary purpose is to tell a story, authored by a screenwriter and or director. Editorial Board includes Erik Knudsen, Nico Meißner, Agata Lulkowska, Iakovos Panagopoulos, Carolina Patiño and Sarah Kuntoh. Visit https://t.co/Mt7xPdAnHu and join us for our Zoom launch event on the 22 October 2025 at 3pm BST:

My short film, Letting Go, part of a diptych showing at the @CPhotoFestival 2025, is now also available online. Letting Go is about an eighty year old man, Alf, who has lost someone and every day he visits this location looking for Vera. It becomes apparent that he has recently suffered a bereavement. We observe him coming and going over three days, calling for and looking for Vera. On the third day, he encounters a mysterious person who changes his life. Enjoy!
My short film, Medal of Honour, showing at the @CPhotoFestival 2025, is now also available online. Medal of Honour is about a ten year old boy, Jacob, who is escaping with his friends from having stolen a Victoria Cross from a local Services Legion. He gets separated from his friends, who get caught, and hides behind a tree. Being the one who is in possession of the stolen medal of honour, he is hiding from several people. Eventually, he is befriended by a mysterious person who changes his life. Enjoy!
