@zegirish @UnSubtleDesi I've been struggling with it. Nowadays I just drink warm salted water, throw up put down the blinds and sleep. It helps. Big time. That's the cure I have found. Triggers are food and environment - so too much coffee, chocolate, nuts, noise is avoidable. important to stay hydrated
