The way we think about waste is changing.
For too long, the journey has been simple: produce, consume and discard.
But a more sustainable future demands a different approach, one where materials are kept in use, resources are recovered, and what was once considered waste can take on a new life.
This shift is already creating room for innovation, entrepreneurship and new models of doing business.
Join us for the next ESG Series session, Waste-to-Wealth & Circular Business Models, as we explore how this transition can translate into real opportunities and practical solutions.

Building food security requires more than solutions for today. It requires resilience for tomorrow.
At the Agriculture Summit Africa 2026, Sterling One Foundation joined leaders, policymakers, development partners and changemakers to explore what it will take to strengthen Africa’s food systems in the face of climate pressures, conflict and other emerging challenges.
Our CEO, Olapeju Ibekwe, contributed to the conversation on “Food Security in Fragile Environments: Strategies for Resilience and Recovery,” highlighting the importance of strengthening communities, livelihoods and systems that can withstand shocks and create lasting opportunities.
As a Strategic Partner of the Summit, we remain committed to supporting partnerships and solutions that move the conversation beyond responding to food insecurity towards building resilient, inclusive and sustainable food systems.
Because food security is not just about having enough to eat. It is about creating the conditions for people and communities to thrive.

Following the successful conclusion of the Africa Social Impact Summit (ASIS) 2026, Sterling One Foundation paid a courtesy visit to Arash Irantalab, Counsellor and Head of Cooperation, Canada in Nigeria, to reflect on the summit’s outcomes and explore the next phase of collaboration.
Our discussions focused on opportunities to advance gender impact investing and trade finance—two critical areas with the potential to unlock inclusive economic growth and expand opportunities for women and underserved communities.
We are encouraged by the openness of the Cooperation – Canada in Nigeria office to collaborate with Sterling One Foundation and other partners in delivering meaningful, sustainable impact for the Nigerian people.
ASIS is more than a convening—it is a platform that catalyses partnerships, drives action, and transforms dialogue into measurable progress.

What does it take to build an Africa that can feed itself, even in the face of crisis?
That is one of the important conversations taking place at the Agriculture Summit Africa 2026, and one we are proud to be part of.
Tomorrow, our CEO, Olapeju Ibekwe, will join leaders and changemakers in Abuja for a conversation on “Food Security in Fragile Environments: Strategies for Resilience and Recovery.”
From climate pressures and conflict to disrupted livelihoods and vulnerable communities, the challenges facing Africa’s food systems are complex. But so are the opportunities to build systems that are more resilient, inclusive and sustainable.
As a Strategic Partner of the Agriculture Summit Africa, Sterling One Foundation is committed to supporting conversations and partnerships that move us beyond responding to food insecurity to building stronger communities and more resilient food systems for the future.
Because an Africa with food security is an Africa with greater opportunity to thrive, prosper and shape its own future.

A future that works for everyone must include every young person.
Young people should not have to wait for the future to have a seat at the table. They should have the opportunity to learn, contribute, lead and shape the world they will inherit.
Because when young people are given room to thrive, everyone benefits.
