He holds an MBA from the University of Toronto and a BA in Economics and Politics from George Washington University.

Ms. Mafico holds a Master’s Degree in Development Management and a Bachelor of Arts, and brings a deeply grounded, results-driven perspective to advancing equitable development outcomes.
