Used to be @GoodShibe. Early Dogecoin historian & author of the 800-day-long 'Of Wolves and Weasels' series. I aim to be kind but make grifters squirm.
This is why we ask the questions and point things out and say the things that need to be said.
It's what we should all be doing, IMHO.
If we all look out for one another then, maybe, just maybe, we can catch bad actors before they act.
Or in the act.
Don't let those who profit and feed on division divide us. There are good, decent, people of all walks, all creeds and all persuasions.
If we're all looking, all caring about finding the actual truth, they can muddy the waters all they like.
Eventually, one by one, the lies will be exposed and the truth will surface.
Much love, my friends.

@redban@grok Grok has become an absolute shit show and imagine is basically unusable. Starting to feel like they're winding this company down.
Its purpose was served in getting Trump elected but now it's letting the "wrong" information get out and so they've got to slowly enshittify it.
@NickWilliams_98@VigilantFox Remember when "wash your hands between surgeries" was considered a wild and crazy idea? ๐
The modern world forgets how utterly filthy the old world was and how much even basic sanitation led to a massive decline in all sorts of illnesses.
@joeroganhq A gentle note to those in the scientific community:
Please stop huffing your own farts.
Not only do you look silly, but the rest of us can smell your shit from miles away.
You need to read the comments to understand why so many of us are angry that The Dogecoin Foundation pretends to be a charity and collects donations. People see "Foundation" and think "charity".
But "Foundation" is just a name like "Federal Reserve."
Don't give them your money!
@Austrollian It's really not complicated:
Some acceptance, then users show that acceptance is worthwhile and profitable, more acceptance follows and more users use.
We have TONs of acceptance in comparison to actual users ๐
@Austrollian Yeah, this is the whole crux of internet money. Either you want it to be useable as money, ergo stable, or you want an asset that can increase in value. We've learned that it's really hard to try to do both.
@iMmr_D@Sad_Pho@ILMFlinkenstein There's gore, there's cartoon gore and there's "oh, look, shiny, red blood glistening in the sunlight"
They keep trying to make gore look pretty.
