@marksandspencer I'll continue my reply....yesterday, I saw a couple members of the team who were 'on their knees'. Was there any help? I've never known such disregard for staff - freezing last winter too and working like dogs. Animal welfare? What about staff welfare?

@marksandspencer has shocking working conditions at their Meole Brace, Shrewsbury store. Over three months their automatic doors have been broken which means they are forcing their staff to work in ridiculously hot conditions. Shocking!

@marksandspencer Absolute rubbish. You're telling me it takes more than three months? It's more about inclination and @marksandspencer simply aren't inclined to get it fixed, meanwhile your staff are suffering. Are you offering extra breaks - I bet not. Cracking the whip, I get.

I visit your Shrewsbury store a bit too often and the floor staff there work like dogs and the store is ridiculously hot. 3 months the doors have been broken. Plan A - rubbish.

@WalsomJoanne @marksandspencer It's not just Fosse Park. Shrewsbury Meole Brace is unbearable. Their doors have been broken for over three months and so the air-con can't work. The colleagues, who are already too few, are forced to race round in this bloody heat. Shocking.

@hm_custserv I guess the service is not your focus then. All I got was an autobot. Apparently I spoke to a real person but they sounded like a bot too. I was told that I would get an update but that's two days ago. Shocking.
