Vinted customer service is shocking. My parcel was poorly packaged apparently, so I can’t claim compensation. Can someone explain to me how a shoe, wrapped in tissue paper with the other half to its pair, in a box and in a heavily taped plastic bag can just ‘fall out’?

I need help with an order on @vinted, sent via @Hermesparcels. How do I speak to an actual person on the phone? Don’t see why I should be out of pocket when either the buyer is scamming me or Hermes have destroyed the parcel!
