Dear Luckycoin Community and specifically Luckycoin Miners,

As the CTO Team, we take the long-term viability of this project very seriously. There are a couple of important protocol changes we have made:

- RECOMMENDED_MIN_TX_FEE and AllowFreeTreshold lowered by a factor of 10
- default minimum transaction fee for relay is set at 0.001 LKY/kB
- stop the halving cycle and maintain block reward at 1.375 LKY (or a modest 3.75% yearly inflation and decreasing over time), similar to Dogecoin’s emission of 10,000 coins per block with no hard cap.

Why is this important?
As a proof-of-work coin, the security of the Luckycoin network relies on miners. They must be incentivized through block rewards. When those rewards become too low, miners may no longer find it worthwhile to mine or even merge-mine the chain due to the cost and distribution complexity compared to the tiny reward. We have seen this happen with many other revived chains, which now receive almost no mining support. With these changes we're following Dogecoins approach to ensure the chain remains viable and secure for the future.
